Like I mentioned earlier, I take great pride in the fact that I have 100% positive feedback or at least I used to....like I predicted....some idiot came along and ruined that. The jerk didn't even buy anything, but because I wouldn't sell a pair of shoes to him cheaper than cost, he got upset and bought 2 pairs of shoes from me just so he could leave negative feedback and ruin my 100% AND NEVER paid for the shoes. As you can see, eBay took the statements off, but it's their policy that they can't remove the actual stats, thus dropping my percentage to 99.3%. But hey, I'm trying to run a profitable ebay business here. I'll go WAY out of my way to make sure the customer gets top end service and is ALWAYS satisfied. CUSTOMER SERVICE is a huge priority to me. That includes clear and accurate item descriptions, clear communication, lightning fast shipping, and customer satisfaction.

I vary how I ship...but generally USPS Priority....sometimes FREE, but never a flat fee (I think that is unfair to the customer). Shipping should be for shipping. I hate sellers who pad their shipping costs in an attempt to boost their profitability. That in my opinion, is poor business. I typically do charge a handling fee and that helps offset the PayPal fees I incur for accepting PayPal payments.
Return policy
I'll accept returns within 7 business days especially if there is something wrong with the product that I didn't notice or describe in the auction (that's only happened once).
