My name is Jenny Hill. Originally from Paris, KY, I know reside in Lexington KY. I am a graduate from Eastern Kentucky University. In 1994 I started selling fabric out of my basement and participated in flea markets. Things took off and I opened IY.

After my graduation from EKU I began my career as a nurse. I worked at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. I worked as a nurse for 12 years. In 1994 I began selling fabric out of my basement and at Lexington and Louisville Flea Markets. A friend and I started up our little fabric business together and eventually I bought her out. Sales began to increase and I was able to lease a store of my own. A funny side note: the original store I leased was atop an antiques store, no bigger than a bedroom. We moved on to bigger locations and eventually purchased the building from the owners of the antique store. This was a very humbling experoence. I am married to Chuck Hill, a former medical salesman, now who works at Interior Yardage. Two sons, Seth and Kyle, Seth a senior at University of Kentucky and Kyle is a Junior at Lexington Catolic High School.

Shipping prices listed are for the continental US only. Alaska & Hawaii are additional. Please email us before purchasing and we will give you a shipping quote. Unless the item states shipping USPS all items will ship UPS. We will need a street address as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Unless the item states it, we will ship only to the US, no APO or FPO. Keep in mind when we do ship outside the US the buyer is responsible for any and all duties. We will combine shipping on most items. Certain items can not be combined due to the size. If you are buying multiple items we will send you an invoice for the combined shipping. Most items will ship out with in 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you need an item by a certain date please email us and we can give you an expected date that you should receive your item. Most items will be days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you via eBay.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please email or call us before any returns are made so that we can ensure proper credit is issued. The item cost will be refunded upon receiving the return. Shipping charges to you will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item we will replace the item and if needed pay for the return shipping of the defective/incorrect item.
