Having been a Mary Kay beauty consultant at one time, I have a very strong background in customer service (you probably thought I was going to say sales) and that drives nearly all of the decisions that I make. I have always been interested in making sure that both parties in a business transaction are happy. I believe the majority of people operate in the same manner, and that is why that philosophy works so well. I am still learning a lot about how eBay works, however, so please be patient with me if I don't understand something, or I don't follow a certain accepted protocol.
Payment policy
The only way I accept payment for my merchandise is through PayPal. However, I am PayPal Preferred, so I will accept credit/debit cards, as well as eChecks, in addition to instant payments from other PayPal accounts. Regarding eChecks, I wait until the funds clear my account before I ship an item.
Shipping information
My default shipping method is USPS First Class within the United States. I will employ a faster shipping method on request. As of yet, I have not shipped anything outside of the U.S., so again, please have some patience with me if I am unsure of the procedure.
Return policy
I'm flirting with the idea of having a return policy, but considering I have no way of guaranteeing that the product is in an unused condition if I were to get it back, I'm going to have to pass. It's for your protection, really. Also, as I claim in all of my auctions, I do check the product before I ship it to ensure that it is in a sellable condition. If there is any damage that is to occur, it would be through shipping, which is why shipping insurance is recommended.
