The material I use comes from local consignment shops, our local bead store, HAD TO HAVE finds that catch my eye, online beading suppliers and items I am given. JilliansGarden officially opened for business in New York State, August of '09 and has had consistent sales, custom orders etc. and kept me happily busy. I am appreciative of that fact. All pieces are handmade, not bought then resold, however, focal pieces can be 'finds' that catch my eye and jewelry is designed with it to bring out the best color, style etc. It is a very creative process for me, not just stringing beads, I also re-string pearls the old fashioned way. I enjoy what I do very much and I hope this energy is passed on to you through my designs.

Paypal is the only method of payment accepted, Visa and MC through Paypal is fine. Payment is expected within three (3)DAYS OF PURCHASE and in order for your item to be shipped. It is all based on communication with me if there is an issue for extention or any changes in a buyer address that is not the same as Paypal...which will be the default address unless otherwise noted. I will not hold an item longer than 10 days.

Shipping is by USPS First Class in secure packaging with Delivery Confirmation...FREE SHIPPING FOR THE FIRST TEN ITEMS I SELL!! After ten items have been sold, First Class Postal Rates with Delivery Confirmation will apply or as posted for discounts in multiple items.

Returns may be made within 7 days of purchase. I appreciate an email with explanation and to expect the return. Refund will not be given until I receive the item back and Delivery Confirmation is required. Returns are at the expense of the Buyer, in secure pkg. with Delivery Confirmation by a reputable carrier. Most pieces are one of a kind and cannot be exchanged or replaced, but it is my intention that you feel that you rec'd excellent customer service so talk to me and I will do whatever is possible to make this a good experience. I am not responsible for items in transit to you. Damage and Loss are a rarity. From my end it is sent to you intact and securely packaged with the address provided by You. I take added care to make sure my items are shipped safely and securely. I can add insurance to your invoice or upgrade to Priority Mail or Signature Confirmation, let me know.

I describe all of my pieces accurately. The listings are all new original pieces and 'as is' and 'as pictured'. Some vintage focal pieces or gemstones used may have some natural or aged imperfections which make things interesting...but never EVER damaged. I do strive for quality in my work and good customer service.
