Life giving support for an active life
I have been drinking it everyday when get up since the organic gold was first introduced. I two or three cups a day...this is much better than coffee which I gave up when I was 40. I am 81 now and would not have day without it. It is healthy and very supportive of my life style.

Awesome protein powder.
I have used this protein powder in my steel cut oatmeal everyday, for a few years. It is the best out there.
