Management textbook is wonderful
This is a great textbook for management. I had the author, Chuck Williams as a professor two years ago, and his management knowledge is well reflected in this text. It is a fast read and has helpful tools within the chapters to aid in memorizing concepts.

basics of research
I bought this textbook for my college course, "Communication Inquiry." It is good in the sense that it is clear and understandable, but the reading can be quite dry if you aren't looking to learn the basics of conducting and understanding research.
