All items are insured. If your item reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, contact me immediately and I will arrange for its replacement at no charge. If the item goes out of stock, you can replace it with a similar item or get a full refund; it's up to you! If you wish to return your item for any other reason, you must do so within 14 days of purchase for store credit or a full refund, a 20% restocking fee will be added to undamaged returned merchandise. If you do not contact us by the 10th day the item will be relisted an NPB will be filed and the item will be relisted.
