Sorry for any lapse in communication. We use the ebay international shipping program so we dont actually know where or how they are sending the final leg. We package all the punches the same and have not had any issues. Happy to hear that its working for you.

I contacted this seller prior to the purchase to inquire if the item included a power supply since it was not pictured or in the description. Seller indicated the power supply was included. It took 2 weeks to receive the item because the seller didn't ship for 8 days. When it arrived it did not have the power supply included it had a generic brand 5V which did not go with the router which requires a 12V. I immediately contacted the seller to resolve and I still have not heard from him.
