History/background
My company is Next Generation Software Inc., a Delaware corporation. I write DJ/Karaoke software, and audio editing tools. My software is my primary business, but I love buying and selling on eBay as a hobby.

Payment policy
I generally accept PayPal as my most preferred payment method, and as a buyer I prefer to use PayPal as well. When I sell vehicles (3 so far) I tend to prefer a PayPal deposit, remainder in cash. With other items (not vehicles) I accept PayPal, US/Canadian certified check or money order, or cash in person (cash in certain circumstances). In general, any listing I post will contain specific payment details.

Shipping information
I live in Cedar Lake, IN 46303. Unless otherwise specified, for non-vehicle items, I tend to quote a flat US shipping rate. Vehicles on the other hand are the buyer's responsibility to arrange pickup. Always see the listing's specific shipping details as they relate to the item in question.

Return policy
I generally do NOT offer a return policy, since my items are listed truthfully. I always describe exactly what you are bidding on, with a full description and pictures.
