Horrible communications. Purchased 11-30-23, never shipped, continued to get notices that item was for sale. Multiple communications ignored by seller. Seller finally responded 12-17 after Ebay intervention. Seller refunded purchase price and stated “I will still try to figure out where this package is with fedex.”. Requested information after 12-17 concerning location of this item were ignored by seller, and item continued to be offered for sale by seller.
