We are running NO SPECIAL SALES PROMOTIONS AT THE MOMENT. But keep us in mind, as ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE are sure to a fanciful collect of great, new and creative designs for one and all, because we're gearing up for a product line launch for the Christmas Season and 2010!

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal and we anticipate ALL TRANSACTIONS should be completed within 5-7 days, UNLESS THE BUYER CONTACTS US to request more time. Wherein, permission will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Our products are PROMPTLY SHIPPED, once payment processing is complete. All items are inspected prior to shipment and usually ship within 24-48 hours, with the exception of national holidays, weekends after 12 o'clock on Saturdays and during inclement weather - whereby, regular mail service through the USPS may be otherwise inhibited. Whereas, all weekend orders received after 12:00 P.M. Saturday will ship by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. We provide complimentary packaging & special touches, lowest and most accurate shipping charge available through the USPS, with use of our shipping scale that weights everything, so there are no surprises or anything left uncalculated, as it might pertain to your shipping costs. Moreover, we offer you, the customer, the ability to calculate own shipping charges for the specified delivery location. However, please note, we do charge a $1.00 handling fee per item - and that will be in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred.

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for items purchased as part of a Holiday, Seasonal, Closeout Sale, Clearance or Sales Promotions, as specified in our listings. However, we offer a 7 day Money Back Return Policy for all our other merchandise, provided the item is returned unmodified, within 7 days of delivery.

We provide updates through our Seller's (SOLD ITEMS) Screen, so that you are kept up to date on the shipping status of your merchandise, just by going to your Buyer's (WON ITEMS) screen. We provide emailed updates through the eBay's Message Center and/or your private email account, whichever the customer prefers, to assist with any and all delivery questions and concerns. We try to answer any and all correspondence within a timely manner, as we believe that's essential to good Buyer/Seller Relations - and that's the way we would expect it to be, if we were on the other end of the transaction, because everyone deserves to good Customer Service and everyone deserve this type of respect.

We do NOT resell returned (or presumably used) earring wires, as ALL RETURNED JEWELRY COMPONENTS for ANY & ALL returned merchandise is inspected upon delivery, broken down and reworked into entirely new jewelry designs. Also noting hereto, that WE TEST ALL JEWELRY METALS upon delivery, to ensure that our customers get the genuine article in whatever jewelry metal it might, as listed. For whatever the case may be, we are firmly committed to standing behind any and all products we offer. That's how important our customers are to us.

Of course, as for our Buyers, we hope and very much anticipate you will be pleased with your purchase, as all of our customers usually are. But in the event you are not 100% Satisfied, please notify us prior to leaving feedback, as we are always willing to work with our customers - and any suggestions and comments are very much appreciated.
