My work background is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've worked for a major corporation for 20years handling major accounts and handling all phases of billing. I've always wanted to try selling on eBay and then in Feb 2009 I was laid off along with many many others at my job due to the economy. So, I think eBay is looking pretty good as a suppliment right now!! I truely enjoy working with customers and as a consumer myself, I like to treat my customers like I would want to be treated. I always try to do the right thing. I feel great when I hear from delighted customers and feel even better when I know they are happy with their purchase! :)
It gives me a great deal of personal satisfaction!
Payment policy
I accept PAYPAL ONLY to keep things as clean and easy as possible for both myself and the customer. It's secure and pretty much hassle free.
Shipping information
I try very hard to keep the shipping as low as I can without losing money. Sometimes that isn't the case but if a shipping charge seems high it's probably for a reason due to weight or size of the item. Some things I won't ship without insurance and that may be the reason also. I like to use a flat rate when it makes sense. At this time I won't ship outside the US.
Return policy
I try very hard to present as many pictures and information so that the customer is fully aware of what they are getting. So, there is no return. Sales are final. That being said, I am a reasonable person and if there is a problem with a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me. If there is a way to resolve an issue then I am always open to that. I try very hard to be fair as that is how I would want it if I was the customer.
