We will then e-mail you a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Once we receive your package please allow 5 days for processing. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon completion of your return. All products must be returned unused in their original condition with all tags attached and we will provide you with a jocale, LLC credit or credit your credit card less shipping costs.
