I was grateful for this seller's promptness, especially over the holidays! There was a small mistake in the advertisement that the IEMs I bought had a replaceable cable that had a built-in mic. When the item arrived I found it did not have the mic. I proposed to the seller to refund me the amount it would cost me to purchase a new cable with mic from another seller and he did so, very quickly. Great service, great seller, honest, and quick! Thank you!
