I informed the seller that the bolt for one of the dowel tubes arrived in the box and that it was missing. That bolt corresponds since it is not the thickness of the tube, so it comes in and out. I asked for a $15 refund so I could purchase the bolt and tube and he told me everything was fine. For that reason he rated it negative.
