I have a super feedback rating from both buyers and sellers. It was tarnished by one sole buyer that didn't even read the auction that I sold her, and she got mad when she got a coupon instead of a gift card. I was mad at first, but soon came to realize that this is the way the real world is. We all didn't grow up with morals and common sense, so why should we expect everyone else to be that way? LOL! This has taught me to definitely read every auction thoroughly that I am considering buying AND spell out in the most simple way what I am selling so that there hopefully won't be anymore negative feedback. That is my advice to any Ebayers that are reading this. I love ya'll!!!

Honestly, Paypal is the way to go. I know there are skeptical people out there afraid of their info being stolen online, but if you change your password every month (like I learned the hard way several years back!), then you should never have a problem!

I prefer shipping AND receiving via USPS priority mail. That way, you get your product within a few days, and you also get a FREE delivery confirmation, since it is all done online!

As for me being a seller, I have ALWAYS stated that if you receive something and I didn't describe it accurately, I will ALWAYS take it back AND refund not only your money for the product, but the money that it cost for me to ship to you. That is only fair, since it was my mistake. Now, if you receive the item and just decide on a whim you don't like it, that really isn't my fault, so I will still take it back and refund your money for the item, but cannot promise the shipping back, because it costs me the listing fee, along with the final value fee. But I will still work with you on that!
