Paypal has proven very effective for us, and we encourage the use of Paypal for all transactions. However, we do support additional payment methods under certain conditions. If you do have a question, feel free to ask.

All of our products are wrapped with care and shipped via Fedex, which we have seen to be the most reliable and safe for our equipment. However, due to eBay's reliance on UPS (which we believe have underperformed for us in the past), all listings with the shipping method UPS will be shipped via Fedex. Our products are wrapped with love and care, and are typically shipped same-day or the next business day of the purchase. Holidays may require additional days for processing.

We do not accept returns, but we will provide exchanges for defective equipment (RMA). Also, some of our equipment does have the manufacturer's warranty in effect (such as hard drives, various cards, etc). Refunds may be given for items that are out of stock, at our discretion.
