Show Chrome Heated Grips Closed End Kit Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki 1" 17-955C NEW
May 05, 2020
Work great on my 2004 Yamaha Road Star Midnight Silverado
I upgraded my stock handlebars to 16" apes and decided to go with heated grips. They are great during the cooler months and cooler nights here in Vermont. These Show Chrome grips were easy to install and work great. The grips are longer than my stock grips by 1" which is much better. A couple negatives about these grips is that there is nothing to cover the connections so they must be tucked in somewhere on the bike. I pulled the wires through my bars along with the other wires so they are exposed to the elements, unless I add my own covering. The mounting hardware provided is only plastic and when I tightened it down it cracked so I had to purchase a separate mount for it. Installation was easy - connects to the battery and has a safety mechanism built in that will not drain your battery if you forget to turn it off. Overall I like these heated grips and they are a great value for the price I paid. As far as turning them on and off, just like your phone or GPS, you should turn them on before you depart.
2" 50Ft Roll Fiberglass Exhaust Header Pipe Heat Wrap Tape Black +10 Ties Kit

Great Stuff - Works Well
This is the first time I have wrapped my pipes so I have nothing to compare this wrap with. It was easy to work with and looks great on the bike. It has been on for two weeks and about 200 miles. It is holding up well and looks great. I left my pipes on the bike and it was easy to work with. SUGGESTION: Wear rubber gloves and long sleeves when installing I wore gloves but they were not water proof so some of the dye from the wrap stayed on my hands and fingernails for a couple weeks. Also. I was itchy where my skin was exposed (for a day). I would buy this wrap again.

WeatherTech DigitalFit FloorLiner for Honda Pilot - 06-08 - 1st/2nd Row - Black
Feb 28, 2018
Does Not Provide Complete Coverage or Protection
I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Pilot and wanted to protect the floors from the long harsh winters here in VT. This is my very first experience with WeatherTech. I can't speak for other vehicle fits but these liners do not fully protect the carpet from water and dirt on the drives side and the back seat blocks a heat duct. On the drivers side the mat only goes half way up the foot pad. When my boot is wet & dirty and I put it on the foot pad, melting snow and dirt ends up running under the floor mat, finding it's resting place on the carpet. While there are high sides all around, this design overlooks the fact that water and dirt can/will find it's way to the carpet at the foot pad. Carpet was clean when I installed the liners. Second... in the back seat the one piece floor mat mostly blocks the heat duct at the bottom of the center console. While the high sides hold in the water, etc. it mostly blocks the air that flows out of the heater duct on the floor. The mat gets pretty warm at that location. Both of these can be remedied with a little tweaking but WeatherTech chose not to. Here is there response to me... ----- We're sorry to hear about your issues with the Floor Liners! The reason the Floor Liner on the driver side only appears to cover half way up the foot rest is because that is the maximum height we could make the lips on the liner. And that is due to two issues, 1) being the maximum height of our tooling machine. 2) being if the liner were any higher the material would be stretched too thin resulting in the lip flopping over and not standing up straight. For the rear, we had to keep the lip the same height all the way around to provide maximum protection from spills going onto your carpet. For $198.00 I would expect more. Husky makes a better (and more inexpensive) floor mat but they are discontinued.
