I have been buying and selling on here since 2006. I believe that this is a great place to buy items at great prices. I want to continue to buy and sell items here and build a great customer service reputation, I feel the art of customer service is being tossed out the window. I will take necessary measures to make sure every sale is to the customers satisfaction. I have always stated that you can contact me about any item I am selling and I have responded to the questions I have received very promptly. I take my feedback seriously and I leave appropriate feedback for my sales and purchases. I have sold some big ticket items on here and have always received positive feedback from those sales so you can rest assured when you purchase from me. I am starting to expand the items I sell on here and will only list items I can physically see and touch so that I can tell you if I would buy them myself. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I only accept paypal for payment on all of my auction items. It is a secure way for you and me to pay for any item. I will only accept a cashiers check on certain items and you will need to contact me to find out if the item you are bidding on is eligible for this.

I will ship items out the day they are paid for. If the auction is paid for on a Sunday, Holiday, or after hours then it will ship out the next business day. I use UPS or FedEx for shipping out larger packages this way you will have a tracking number. I use USPS on smaller items and I purchase a tracking number for those items. I also use ebay's calculated shipping to assure that you do not pay too much for shipping. Insurance on shipping is optional and you will need to verify if you want it included for an additional charge. For bidders that are close to my location you are welcome to pick up the item to save on shipping but you will need to contact me first so I do not ship the item out.

I will only offer returns on items that have it stated on the auction page. The items I sell that have a manufacturers warranty will also be stated on the auction page as well as their return information. Some items are going to be as is sales but I would not expect you to pay for it and keep it if I would not do the same
