Great for the beginner or the experienced preserving chef like myself
1 of 1 found this helpful Great book. Tons of recipes for canning, jellies, jams, and sauces. Not just one or two but lots. It goes into great detail for the rookie that wants to get started. As for me it was like picking the brain of an expert.
