The item wasn't as described. The base was described as new and the picture showed screws to mount the base included in the packaging. When the base arrived you could see where the front dovetail ring rubbed the bluing off as it was rotated and the windage screws had screwdriver burrs from being tightened and it came without the pictured mounting screws. The seller attempted to find the actual base in the picture but couldn6. He refunded my money and told me to keep the base which I appreciated
