I've been an active member of the eBay community long enough to remember the days when I wasn’t forced to place 'Terms & Conditions' within my auctions, but times have changed. Please read the following so that you'll completely understand my 'Terms & Conditions'. I ask that you please place your bids accordingly. Notice to Sellers: My only two negative feedbacks were actually retaliatory in nature and received from two disgruntled Sellers whom I had reported to eBay/PayPal for fraudulent business practices. Hopefully, these two Sellers have 'cleaned-up their act' by now. Irregardless, they've done their damage; thus, ruining my perfect 100% 'positive feedback' rating. You can read their other feedbacks for your self to verify that I wasn't their only victim. If anything, eBay should award me with their first 'PowerBuyer' title. I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids from those bidders with a ‘zero’ or a ‘negative’ feedback history. Due to the advent of several foreign privacy laws and also as a result of several unsuccessful repeated attempts by foreign buyers to coerce me into falsifying customs documentation - NO INTERNATIONAL SALES!
Payment policy
I will accept payment in the form of a U.S. Postal money order, cashiers check, and PayPal only (sorry, no personal checks, business checks, or PayPal 'E-checks'). If paying via U.S. Postal money or cashiers check, your payment must reach me within 7 working days. If paying via PayPal, your payment must be made within three days. I expect to be advised (within the customary three days after the auction's end) when and how your payment has been made and/or sent. I will not entertain winning bidders' request(s) to compile 'phony'/'doctored' receipts. Not only will these individuals be reported to eBay, but they will also be reported to the proper authorities!
Shipping information
If you feel my shipping amount is too high, then just simply don’t bid; however, please keep in mind that I do try to 'target' the correct shipping amount. Although the postal service has now made it somewhat difficult to do so with their recent rate structure changes, I feel that I have still done a pretty good job in estimating the actual shipping charges. I do not have any 'hidden charges' whatsoever. I also do not charge 'packaging/handling' fees nor do I 'charge extra' for packing material (as many other Sellers have begun doing lately). I will however, try to recycle boxes and packaging material whenever possible. I do my best to include a legitimate shipping amount in all of my auctions in order to facilitate immediate payment by reducing unnecessary e-mail communication. Return policy
I always try to photograph, scan, and describe items as accurately as I know how; however, unless noted otherwise, all items are ‘used’ and sold ‘as is’ and ‘all sales are final’. Please ask all questions long before the auction is over and please bid accordingly. I will not be held responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged during transit; therefore, I recommend that you purchase shipping insurance whenever it's available.

Due to a new trend where some winning bidders have decided that they either want to change the terms after an auction has ended and/or refuse to follow through with their end of the commitment, I will now be forced to report these individuals to eBay and they will receive the appropriate feedback (irregardless of the excuse)! This is because eBay still charges me for listing the item, as well as, an additional fee after the item has been won by a winning bidder (whether I actually receive payment or not). Please don't waste your, mine, and eBay's time by placing erroneous bids...eBay is not just simply a forum of entertainment for those who like to 'play games'! I expect timely responses to all of my e-mails/payment requests, and whenever possible, I always try to quickly respond to e-mails which contain 'legitimate' questions regarding transactions that I'm currently involved in; however, all non-pertinent e-mails will be treated as unsolicited SPAM and will be dealt with accordingly!
Communication
Due to periodic attempts by unscrupulous individuals to illegally 'hijack' my eBay account, I have been advised by eBay to change my User ID once again; thus, the reason for my periodic ID changes. Also, because of these illegal attempts to gain access to my account, I will no longer communicate with Buyers or Sellers outside of the eBay realm; i.e., no direct e-mail communication irregardless of your reasoning...sorry. I expect timely responses to all of my e-mails/payment requests. Whenever possible, I always try to quickly respond to e-mails which contain 'legitimate' questions regarding items that I'm currently offering-up for auction; however, all non-pertinent e-mails will be forwarded to eBay, as well as to my IP, as unsolicited 'SPAM' mail and your e-mail address will also be permanently blocked from my system (no exceptions)! I will not consider any bidders' request(s) to end my auctions early. This is not only unfair to me, but it's also unfair to my other bidders as well.
Feedback
After you've received your item(s) and have determined that you are happy with your purchase, I would like to be advised simply by having 'positive' feedback left for me. Please rest assured that I will most definitely reciprocate. Due to the increasing number of eBay Buyers/Sellers who no longer leave feedback, my new policy is now to strictly leave feedback only for those who have left it for me first. I know this 'stinks' and sounds unfair, but you can blame those other eBay members who seem to find it unnecessary/a bother to leave others the appropriate feedback. Heck, my own feedback rating should be far in excess of 1,500 transactions; however, because of those Buyers/Sellers who didn't leave me the appropriate feedback, the amount shown next to my ID is substantially and unfairly less than what it should actually reflect. Trust me, I update feedback daily and I have always reciprocated...just review my 'Feedback Left For Others' section and you will see that this is true.
