Once a package leaves my home I am no longer held responsible for the contents of the package. I do everything in my power to ensure the contents of the package reach their destination safely. Packages damaged during the shipping process are not eligible for refunds. The buyer has the option to purchase shipping insurance. Refunds are available only IF: The contents of the package are not as described AND were not damaged during the shipping process. The Buyer must contact me within 72 hours of receiving the package in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be sent to the buyers PayPal account used at the time of purchase. The buyer will be issued their refund no later than 48 hours after the package returns back to me. (It may take longer for it to go through PayPal and finalize in your account, though.) Shipping refund items back to me is done so at the buyer’s expense. I refund no shipping fees, including the original shipping fee at the time of purchase. I accept no exchanges.
