Why Howdy, y'all! If you're a rockhound, then you've come to the right place: julie-tom has excellent specimens at superb prices in their eBay store. I'm finally getting into the Franklin/Sterling Hill scene; bought my first UV lamp & just can't wait till spring (I'm going to join FOMS and start prospectin' just up the road a piece). I hope to have a collection of flourescent minerals as my "pet rocks" in my humble lil' log cabin in the Kittatinny Mountains not far from the old Andover Iron Mine. If you like lookin' at really pretty photos of UV lighted minerals, then you really should check out the yahoo! group: flourescentminerals. Collecting Rocks since childhood. Re-ignited when I managed a cattle ranch in eastern oregon 30 years ago. During the 1990's we made and sold custom Jewelry, each piece was hand fabricated by Thomas, mostly using cabs that he cut. We've traveled North America, and trips to Europe, SE Asia, and Australia to aquire gemstones and rough.
