i am thrilled about opening a store on EBay. I feel that I have learned a great deal as a shopper, and I know what is important to customers. I will use that insight to help people connect with items they really need, want or would like to have. Treating every single person with the greatest of respect is extremely important. I know people don't always see eye to eye, each can view things in different ways, especially in Emails etc. However, EBay gives all of us the chance to help one another while making some profit. No doubt, at times we find ourselves in situations where we have to ponder who is right and wrong. This system has the greatest potential for world peace, above any politician's I could ever think of, because it works!. Anyway, I'm here to serve. I'm here to learn, and hopefully somewhere along the way to make a little profitt.

Return policy
With some merchandise I have a 7 day return policy. However, with items that can be copied, used, or worn and sent back, such as DVD's, CD's, or undergarments. bathing suits, formal dresses, and handbags, I usually list the item as No Return. However, my ultimate goal is to have satisfied customers. If a customer is just buying to try out a product, I would prefer they go to their local store. If they really want the product, I would like for them to purchase their item from me. However, in the rare event, that I would mix up an order, which has happened to me one time since I've been buying on E-Bay, of course I would refund their money. If a customer purchases a product and they just really hate it, we can discuss whether there is something else in my store it could be exchanged for. On occasion a refund is acceptable. I will always take good pictures and give good item descriptions being truthful, and honest about my items.
What I expect from customers...
To bid with the intention of following through. To really want the item before making the purchase. To be honest if I do make a mistake, and allow me to correct it before leaving negative feedback. I will treat my customers like I want to be treated, and I ask of them to do the same for me. And I'll admit, I am new to selling. I probably will mess something up. But if, and when I do, I will correct it and make it up to you if given the opportunity. I am so thrilled to have this opportunity. I look forward to being a part of this wonderful organization!!!
