I no longer sell on Ebay due to a combination of increasinly high fees and an increasing 'hassle factor' involved., Management do not seem capable of listening to sellers therefore I do not have much confidence in a company that moves the goalposts as frequently as EBay do.
I have quit buying on Ebay as I highly question the ethics of the company., In my humble opinionI believe they do not take fraud as seriously as they perhaps should nor take sufficient enough measures to ensure it is prevented in the first place., By hiding bidder IDs on expensive items do they really believe it will reduce or increase shill bidding?
Return policy
To Ebay? Not unless Meg Whitman and Bill Cobb are replaced.
