Not Heavy Duty
This is not a heavy duty cutter. Light, flimsy feel. I'm going throw them out and buy some Stanley brand. Worth what I paid; but not worth the trouble.

Good Product
Nice solid wall mount hose reel. I bought it to replace an identical, worn out one that 15 years old. So this thing lasts well. I thought it was a little pricey, but probably because of large heavy parcel to ship.
