Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is REQUIRED for the buyer to purchase with any and all items that I sell. This protects the buyer from lost/damaged items during shipping. I have found that if something happens to an item and if the buyer doesn't purchase insurance even though it is offered, I am still responsible for the item regardless. So I have solved this problem. The item is covered by the US postal service and if you have anything wrong with your item that you know happened during shipping then a claim will have to be filed with them and they will reimburse for the cost of what you paid for your item.
