What everyone should know about me
I'm a former Arbonne Consultant. In 2007, a spinal injury from being rear-ended in a 2003 car accident worsened & landed me in a wheelchair. I continue to recover, but am considered fully disabled and unable to work. That's what launched my eBay biz.

Shipping information
I've been dinged for high shipping by multiple item buyers. Here's the trouble with that. The fact is that the costs of bubble wrap, etc. INK! for printing labels, etc. is a real cost. I try to offer good prices for my items, making very little on each item. I did an analysis and determined that on average $1/item would cover shipping expense. When someone buys one item, they usually think my shipping costs are low. But when they fill a box with 10-40 items, they feel they're too high. My overall materials costs don't change because one person wanted to buy several items. That's why I have the per item handling fee (NOW $.50/item). I am upfront about that fee and it has really hurt my business for buyers to agree to that fee and then give me a super low feedback score for shipping. Those scores determine if you qualify for different seller levels. The seller levels determine what eBay charges. Higher fees mean I have to raise my prices. If you don't like the fee, please don't buy.
Return policy
Most of my items are disscontinued and I cannot accept them for returns. If I have made an error in shipping or a listing, please let me know. I want my buyers to be happy.
