Item showed up fast. Great pricing, however was wrong part number inside box. Seller wanted me to repurchase item a second time before returning due to being scammed in the past. Repurchasing at full price again when the first order could not be fulfilled the correct way seemed a bit far fetched for me. Declined offer and sorted it out myself.

Ebay does not have an exchange policy. All you had to do was create a return for the first item, and re-order a second item and problem solved. Easy. You chose to drag this out over multiple days and waste your own time. The replacement could have been in your hands already if you would have just followed directions instead of complaining about it for multiple days.
