Payment policy
I accept paypal mainly, but will also accept money orders, checks etc. as long as you are willing to wait to ship the item until after I have deposited the mo or check... thanks for understanding... wish all were honest, but unfortunately we have to be careful these days... Also, I am very easy to work with, but please let me know if there is a reason why you cannot pay for your item by 5 days preceding the end of the auction as I have to believe you have no intent to purchase the item, if I hear no response and have no payment by 5 days preceding the end of the auction... Thanks so much!
Shipping information
I usually ship out items the same day as payment is posted to paypal if before 2 pm and otherwise your items will be shipped the very next day! I try to get the items out as quick as possible as I know how I look forward to receiving my items when I order them from people... I also communicate when I am sending out your item etc. and deliver every item with delivery confirmation when available. I do not deliver on the weekends, unless absoultely necessary, ie. before Christmas etc. and please remember that shipping insurance is not included, however strongly suggested! Most items are shipped out via USPS, either First Class or Priority depending upon the item... If an item is listed as First Class and you want to upgrade to priority, just let me know and we can add the additional charges on your invoice for you....
Return policy
I have a simple policy really... I want to satisfy every Customer! I do however insist that you please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item to let me know your situation. I sincerely try and take the picture accurately and note any flaws etc. up front... I am super honest and do not want unhappy customers... so with that being said, please let me know your reason and we can hopefully come up with a sufficient response where both parties are happy... Thanks so much!
