Recently had a terrible experience with a seller. Bid on a shirt for a coworker to wear to her son's wedding. Won item, paid immediately with paypal. Item was not rec'd. I contacted seller who sends nice emails back, but item still not rec'd. Used tracking info, shows item never shipped. Seller said she would send another item, but when I asked, she said she was out. Then I started asking for refund. Seller tried to keep shipping fees. Tried to blame it on Post Office. Argued back and forth until I opened dispute with paypal. I got entire refund, left negative TRUTHFULL feedback, and seller tried to leave me negative feedback. I feel like she is a sore loser. I totally fulfilled my end of the bargain, including emails when item didn't arrive, and deserved my full refund. I can't believe she tried to leave me neg feedback and am glad she couldn't since I paid when auction ended and didn't receive item. This experience was a nightmare but it has not turned me off of ebay.
