I am here to provide spiritual services and supplies to help people tap into success, love, luck, and mastery in their lives. I am not here to sell you a cheap bottle of colored perfume and a bag of dirt I scraped together in the parking lot. I take pride in my calling and in my work, and in the traditions I was trained and brought up in, and I am not getting rich doing this. You can trust my product descriptions and my advice to be traditional, practiced, researched, and personally overseen by me. My oils, powders, incenses, and bath salts are hand made and blended with pure essential oils and the finest quality herbs I can get in season. They are made in small batches in a ritual setting and prepared in the old fashioned way.
Payment policy
I prefer paypal. I no longer accept money orders. No checks.
Shipping information
I try to combine shipping whenever possible. Generally I will charge the listed shipping price for the heaviest or most bulky item, and $1 for each item after that if you request an invoice. Candles are usually too heavy, but always request an invoice upon checkout and I can almost always give you a shipping discount.
Return policy
I do not accept returns without prior authorization, and I will not accept any returns on custom-made or custom-finished pieces, nor on consumables such as herbs and oils (this is for safety reason. I cannot restock these things). I will not give shipping refunds or credits if you pay for items separately instead of requesting a combined invoice -- the Pay button is in your control, not mine. So please email me before bidding if you need more information.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me and I will work with you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. While I do not refund shipping, I am usually happy to offer a store credit, discount, or exchange in cases where an item was misrepresented in listing or I made a shipping error. I answer all of my emails within 48 hours unless I'm on vacation, and my customers and clients are important to me, so don't hesitate to contact me.
