I am married to the best guy ever! We have 2 sons, Randy and Mitchell. We have 7 grandkids--Kassidy, Levi, Kalleigh, Jeren, Rebekah, Samantha, and Chloe, and one on the way! They keep me happy and on my toes!

Old brooches, mini oil lamps, Little Golden Books, Pez candy dispensers, pocketbooks, and any good deal on things that my grandchildren like.

We collect everything from the Little Golden books to Pez. Vintage smoker ashtrays, mini oil lamps, baskets, old brooches, antique baby bottles, dolls, dishes with pine cones on them, Fifth Avenue Portico Crystal, thimbles, Hot Wheels, vintage nodders, marble eggs, and quilts.

I love to sew, read, quilt, cross stitch, and I have just started taking stained glass classes. I love to work outside in my flower beds. Spending time with my grandchildren is the most rewarding thing I can think of.

Fried Green Tomatoes, The Color Purple, Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, Glory, The Wizard of Oz, The Burbs, Turner and Hooch, Jaws, Bull Durham. Anything with Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, and Kevin Costner.

I like alot of different kinds of music. Mostly the old stuff that I grew up on as a teenager. I am a die hard AC/DC fan. The Rolling Stones, Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Eagles, The Bee Gees, Heart, Lynard Skynard, New Grass Revival. I like listening to Nickelback and Kenny Wayne Shephard too.

I'm just a country girl. I love my home and my family. My grandkids are my life! I love old things. I love to make things and I love to cook. Hanging around the house and having friends over to cook out and visit is a good time to me. Watching the kids play outside is a good time to me. I don't need or want alot of fancy things to make me happy. Being creative and having my family around me is all I could ever ask for.
