I've been buying and selling on ebay for 3 years now. I put alot of effort into customer service I feel that is very important and seems to be disappearing in our day and age.
Payment policy
I accept and prefer paypal which includes: direct from paypal, credit cards, and checks through paypal. I also accept money orders and cashiers checks. I now accept checks which will be held until they clear the bank. You must have at least a 25 in positive feedback. Payment is due within 5 days of auction ending!!! No exceptions!!! Items not paid for within time frame will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left for the buyer. If you are paying by check, money order or cashiers check please use the ebay checkout system so I know you have checked out and your payment is on the way.
Shipping information
I usually ship within 3 business days from payment. I ship worldwide. Remember that all domestic shipping includes tracking confirmation!! This is for your safety as well as mine!
Return policy
All returns must be within 14 days if there is to be a refund (which is only on the price and not shipping and handling) This is only if I have not described an item correctly. If you choose not to insure and your item is damaged during shipping I am not responsible. Shipping insurance is always optional with me although some items it is required.

All feedback is left for you once you leave it for me. Sorry but this is my policy. This way I know you received your item and you are pleased with your purchase. This finalizes our transaction. And no I don't leave negative feedback for you if I don't like what you say unless it is deserving. And since I strive for the best of customer service I have never had any problems. And if you leave neutral feedback but you paid quickly I still leave positive feedback to you. I just hope you will let me work to make you as pleased as possible with your purchase!

As it is always said there are no stupid questions. If you need to know something about an item just ask. I will answer as fully as I am able to. Also if you want to know when your item should be arriving ask I will check into it. I always use confirmation on packages it's part of my shipping and handling. This way in the USA you can always track your shipment.
