When the buyer messaged me and told me that I sent the wrong item, I apologized because I did not realize the mistake I had made. I fixed my mistake on my listing. I told her just to return and I would refund her she did not want to do that, she just wanted to give bad feedback. I did communicate with her every time she sent me a message. I have 1 bad feedback (from seller} and she has to announce that I am a bad seller. Also putting words in my mouth by saying I don't care about bad feedback
