My goal is to have many happy customers. I worked in retail many years for a major retailer as well as social work/customer service for a medical company in Brooklyn. Right now I am enjoying my two part-time jobs, one with the local school district and with a large air frieght forwarder/logistics company. I know customer service. I know shipping.
