The package of latex arrived damaged which could be seen in the photo from UPS where they left it by the door. The seller responded “return it and we’ll go from there” but wanted me to pay to ship it back. I went to the ups store and they said it would be covered by the standard shipping for replacement but the seller would need to file the claim. They also said the seller could get a return label for free. The seller refused to do anything except say I need to pay to ship it back. Bad business
