Due to some experiences with nonpaying bidders I only accept Paypal unless you can email me and change my mind. I treat my customers very well and I ALWAYS leave feedback. I am not a feedback hostage taker IE:you leave it for me then I leave it for you, I don't believe it that.I stand behind anything that I sell. I ALWAYS LEAVE FEEDBACK regardless and hope that you will too~! Its VERY important & helpful to me and I thank you in advance. If you have a problem w/a purchase I would prefer you get in touch w/me before leaving negative feedback so we can try to work it out. If you do bid or purchase something and not pay , I will , report it , not to be a meanie but to recoup the fees that I still have to pay ebay for the listing.

I try to ship your item within one business day or the Monday following a weekend. Most of my items ship free to you. Larger items ship at MY cost.

I do not except returns for fit or color as I take my measurements very carefully, I expect you to compare them with something that fits you well,I also add many good pictures. If I have clearly made a mistake then of course I will accept a return. I cannot ethically accept returns on opened health and beauty products. I will not re-sell opened makeup, thats a no brainer. I believe its just an unethical practice. I will DISCUSS these things with you of course. I am not closed minded and I am open to discussion regarding replacement but I won't take returns on makeup. I do not except returns on books as I can read fast also ~ I will always listen to a complaint if you will message me. I do not expect your complaint to be on the feedback board. If there is a problem with an item all you need to do is contact me. You can always EXPECT your item to be clean , washed , pressed and ready to wear. You may experience travel wrinkles but I prepare my items like I like them sent to me.
