I have been selling jewelry here on eBay and on other sites since 2001. I have had a webstore online since 2003.

Payment policy
I prefer PayPal and have a merchant account with ProPay for accepting major credit cards. I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

Shipping information
Shipping is usually flat rate to all buyers, first-class parcel post or upgrade to priority mail. Each item description will state shipping cost or weight for the item.

Return policy
I accept returns for new jewelry items. You must email me within 3 days of receipt of the item for return instructions and return must be made postage prepaid within 7 days in new, unused condition. I do not accept returns on used or Variety/Clearance items, so please ask all questions before bidding.
