A huge pet-peeve of mine is proper feedback. When I sell an item; my feedback is based on the Buyer's promptness of payment or their communication regarding their payment methods. I don't wait until they leave me feedback to see what they say about me! If I buy an item; my feedback is based on the item itself and the timeliness of the shipping. I've never had the need to leave a negative or neutral feedback for anyone. I've been lucky to have 100% positive feedback on all of my transactions. If there is a situation then I think the Seller/Buyer should have the opportunity to make it right before leaving a negative feedback.

Born and raised in Southern California; I moved to Springfield, Missouri in 1994. I love it here and its a great place to raise your kids. I have 2 boys, ages 10 years and 15 months. I am engaged to a wonderful man.

I try to find the cheapest rate possible, but I have no problems with shipping other methods if a customer requests it.

Return policy
Refund or exchange. If a refund is requested I ask that the item be returned as soon as possible, within 14 days if possible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I will refund buyer full payment less shipping charges if applicable.
