Been using Ebay for over 11 years. Had to use new name when I lost online access. I had one negative feedback, when the gentleman did not send my item, and I reported him. Have purchased at least 300 items through Ebay. (as of May 2009)
Payment policy
Use to pay with personal check (many did accepted it). Than I purchased Money Orders, now I have PayPal, but will still use Money Orders sometimes. Never Late, ALWAYS pay for item I win or Buy It Now purchases.
