Originally had several issues with the original costume set that was sent out but the seller replaced the whole thing with the correct version free of charge & free expedited shipping.

The item arrived in time for my deadline and looked great until I put it on. The first time trying to put it on the white fabric in the front ripped on both sides. I bought materials to fix it and included pictures but the seller refused to accept my ask for a partial refund. I had to escalate it to PayPal in order to get it. They eventually negotiated what I wanted but it took a lot of arguing first. I'm happy with the costume look and feel but I made several major alterations.

1.You didn't contact us when it broken even take pictures,but just did some work on it as you said! 2. You said you need 50% refund, but you did not provided any proof, even how much you pay on the material 3. We never refused refund even you did not provided any proof. All by your words!!! 4. Look, paypal pay the refund not us! !The Whole thing is You just want a costume as cheap as you wish. Good is rewarded and evil is punished！REMEMBER！
