When I first started on Ebay, I bid on 5 yes 5 individual laptops from the same seller. Payed with a credit card out side paypal (dumb move)never received the laptops and only recovered funds for 3 of the units...DO NOT pay for ANY purchase outside paypal, it is too risky and this one incident ruined my feedback score (they gave me bad feedback after I gave it to them for not responding or delivering the goods I had paid for).redridingcould2 did this to over 50 buyers, Ebay closed their account but will not remove the bad feedback even though they used a bogus address and phone number. Ebay needs to revise feedback removal policy bad. I would be 100%, now I will never be 100%.

I filed a complaint with Ebay about the bad feedback I received for the 5 laptops I never got. Ebay closed redridindcould1s account and REMOVED the bad feedback they gave me AND AND also changed Ebay policy, Now if you place bad feedback because of a bad experience the other party CANNOT leave you bad feedback as retribution!! GREAT idea Ebay!
