Original date was missed as package never arrived. Once contacted, the problem was sorted out quickly, they sent another parcel out and was received within a few days. The jelly beans were Haribo jelly beans not Barratts jelly beans which were different colours and flavours so it was different to advertised. However for me it wasn't that big of a deal due just wanting jelly beans in general. So thank for your swift, concise and helpful manners as I am disabled so it can be hard using the web.

the item that was advertiseddid NOT get delivered.They sent me something else in its place which I did not want!!!!So to get a refund I have to return it with a tracking number and pay for it from myself,who has time to do all that. To be honest if they just sent me the item that was advertised and I thought I was purchasing I wouldn't have minded.However the fault is there's.I'm £12 down.BEWARE OF THIS SELLER...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

NOT the plug pictured in all the photos and no lead comes with it. The plug I have received is the same as a plug that is half the price with all other sellers but with the tecknet name on it. It should be at least five pounds cheaper and the listing is incorrect. I have messaged the seller but just receive a standard email in response 48 hours later that doesn’t address the issue personally and says it’s being passed to their returns department. A waste of time and money. Avoid.
