I spent 15 years or more as a medical-paralegal and legal administrator. 7 years as a regulatory associate for a dermatological pharmaceutical company. I presently work for a philanthropist who primarily supports organizations involved with the environment and women's issues. I bring to my eBay business a sense of professionalism, honesty and integrity. I can be relied upon to be fair and to describe the items I offer with accuracy to the best of my ability. Keep in mind that I am not an appraiser. I do my research and then just describe what I see.

Hands down favorite is Paypal. It is by far the safest and easiest method for payment for online purchases. I have NEVER had a problem with Paypal. I used to accept money orders and cashier's checks; however, it is now against eBay policy, so please don't ask. I will also be happy to make arrangements for local pickup of items and will accept cash in those instances.

I generally use First Class or Priority Mail for smaller items. I do add a $2.00 handling charge and I DO combine shipping. Since neither Paypal Shipping nor the USPS website support 1st Class shipping to Canada, I'm afraid we are stuck with paying Priority prices. I hate doing it, especially for small items, but until that service is offered, I'm afraid I don't see any other way.

No return on lingerie items. Generally, everything I sell is sold as is. However, if something arrives not as described in your opinion, please contact me. I really do want you to be happy with your purchase! I will work with you on resolving the situation to your satisfaction. Unless an error is totally my fault, shipping will not be refunded. Occasionally, something will break in transit. I cannot be responsible for that. That will be between you and the shipping company. So for breakables, it's always a good idea to purchase insurance. Likewise for items that become lost in transit. It rarely happens, but does sometimes occur. I have had things show up 4-6 weeks after they were mailed and we had given them up for lost! There's just no telling.

For a couple of years, I have been helping a friend of mine who happens to be a very high end clothing designer keep her studio uncluttered by selling her leftover fabrics on eBay and Etsy.
