I have a three week old son, Aiden. This is a new experience for me, but honestly and I know how overused the cliche is but, it really changes everything!

KillianMedia LLC is a registered business in Michigan, but now that I am permanently in Arizona I will be registering it anew... The laws here regarding business licenses and the entire process is just completely different, so I think it will be best. My company specializes in super-clean site design, script modification, custom templates, etc. I am always up for a challenge, and I also have some very competent partners around the globe for assistance.

PayPal only for now, but as great as they once were I am beginning to see the need to offer some alternatives. It seems our little (multi-billion dollar) friendly payment processor (JP Morgan) is getting a bit greedy lately with their last terms update... just doesn't seem like they are looking out for us as much as they used to sadly. As a human first and American second I really wish that there would have been a larger and more competent competitor out of the gate. Definitely open to suggestions, and I do have accounts with many others like Payoneer, etc. SPECIAL PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: I will make exceptions for people that do not have PayPal and allow other methods, but I am keen to all the fraud, security holes, and scams. Please don't ask for something you yourself would not feel comfortable with. Otherwise I am flexible, let me know if you need special arrangements and I am sure we can make it work.

I ship USPS primarily. I will sometimes use UPS, but would prefer FedEx, unfortunately PayPal doesn't seem to FedEx friendly. I suppose it's Coke vs Pepsi with those two companies, but I have just had better experience with Fed. USPS is very reliable though and most likely will be used if you buy from me.

I will accept most returns no questions asked and refund your money. There may be some exceptions to this though, and that would probably be that you just changed your mind. So, lie to me and say that it isn't the right item, but if it is damaged during shipping the ball is in your court. I will always offer insurance, but it will only be included on fragile items that might get damaged during transit.

I will always ship the next day if I can but sometimes things come up that are unavoidable in life. For instance I recently landed in the hospital for about 3 weeks...and I had 3 items that needed shipping. I felt horrible about this. Unfortunately there was little I could do. I did however since teach my wife how to check my ebay account if something like that happens again so she can reply and handle things for me. I do understand the importance of positive feedback, and I believe in supplying quality items in a timely manner. I will probably never be a power seller simply because I don't buy refurbished junk and pawn it off on others, but I am not going anywhere either.

This is my passion so please do not hesitate to get in touch. At the moment I am working on converting some open source scripts and revamping the templates to make them more user friendly and automated.
