I've been an executive assistant, worked retail in jewelry, route driver for pharmaceuticals, truck driver for various companies, including some over the road expediting. No returns will be accepted unless other arrangements are made specifically with a buyer. Occasionally, if an item we ship is damaged during shipping and no insurance was purchased, a partial refund may be given.

A majority of the items I've been selling are from my parents' estate. The coins & books specifically that you are all enjoying were my fathers' and he took excellent care of the items he collected. We were extremely surprised how many coins he had, he collected and put them away upon receipt, so a majority of them haven't seen daylight since their purchase! The books he collected to fill the bookcase he built about 18 years ago, and I believe he only read Treasure Island. Otherwise, they came out of packaging and straight to the shelves! The Lenox and Waterford were inherited items from my uncle, whom we believe never or very rarely even used them! I'm so pleased that everyone who purchased these items received them in excellent condition, at least as far as has been communicated to me! Please enjoy your purchases from me as my parents enjoyed them here...They were hard to part with but I believe that others will appreciated them more than I can afford to at this time.

Occasionally I will list items for other family/friends, such as ball cards, coins, relic toys, etc. Though I'm not as familiar with their items I do my best to answer questions of buyers in a timely manner in order to preserve my status as a seller.
