We prefer payment through PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by check or money order for low cost items because of the high commissions that we have to pay to cash them. Please don't send us cash through the post. If you are paying with an eCheck, then we will ship your items to you as soon as the payment has been cleared. Other payment types will be shipped to you immediately when the funds are placed into our PayPal account.

All of our items are shipped from Singapore within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. We use the Singapore Post Air Mail service, as this is the fastest and most economical shipping method available to us. Insurance is optional, but it does allow you to have a tracking number to track your shipment. Shipping times do vary depending on what country you are in, but in general if you haven't received your items within 4 weeks, then do please contact us so that we can help you. Average shipping times to Europe, the US and Canada are between 9 and 16 business days. (Insured items do take a couple of days longer.)

If you want to return an item to us, please contact us first. We will accept returned items in original unused condition. If items are insured, then we can replace items damaged in shipment. We will discuss with you whether there is a need to return the damaged items to us. In any case, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage costs.

We ship all of our items with the correct Customs labelling, but since we don't know what local laws are applicable to your country, then any duties or taxes payable on receipt are your responsibility. If items are ever returned to us, we will contact you and arrange to resend it to you if necessary.

Purchase 4 or more different Buy It Now or auction items and we will give you a 16% discount off the total combined shipping and handling cost. If you purchase 8 or more different items, then we will give you a 33% discount off the total combined shipping and handling cost. When you purchase multiple quantities of the same item, then the discount for each additional item will be shown in the listing itself.
