I support a sanctuary for blind cats, The Magoo Room, with 100% of the proceeds from selling books on ebay and Amazon.

Books, & more books! I sell paperbacks and hardcovers, singly or in groups. They are mostly used books as they are all donations from the public to benefit the sanctuary. Occasionally I will sell miscellaneous items that I have purchased at a super-discount, or that friends have donated, but primarily my merchandise is books.

We started the sanctuary in late 2003 and named it The Magoo Room, after our first blind cat, Magoo. We were impressed with how sturdy and normal she was. Rather than take local funding away from rescues that do the important job of spaying & neutering we have tried to support ourselves through book sales, and the generosity of people whose heart reaches out to the most vulnerable of animals.

I accept paypal, checks, money orders, and USPS postage stamps.

Most items ship the next mailing day after payment arrives. Sometimes though, my husband loses track of the fact that he has a back seat full of packages to be mailed, and he drives right past the post office. I love him, so I forgive him. He's the guy who takes the dirty litter to the dump so I have to!
